Marcom Executive – Hotel Communications

About the role

As a Marcom Executive you will shape the property’s voice, creating and executing communications that enhance the hotel’s image and drive guest awareness. Working closely with the marketing team, you will develop and implement multi‑channel strategies that showcase Hilton’s hospitality values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media campaigns to increase online visibility and bookings.
• Develop compelling content for websites, social platforms and multimedia channels.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Analyze customer preferences and market trends to inform campaign strategy.
• Plan, launch and monitor marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Measure campaign performance using data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Events Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of event coordination experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong client service, communication and vendor‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events of varying scale.
• Basic budgeting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
