Manufacturing Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Manager will lead daily manufacturing operations at Enviropol's Gurugram facility, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.
• Coordinate shop‑floor activities, monitor progress, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Implement and continuously improve quality control processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and drive workflow optimisation.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to align manufacturing with project timelines.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop manufacturing team members.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and safety management.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing manufacturing teams in engineering or industrial equipment environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
