Manufacturing Executive – Line Supervisor

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Executive to lead a production line in Aurangabad. The role focuses on delivering safety, quality, volume and cost targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to team leaders and associates on the assigned line.
• Ensure smooth production flow, on‑time issue resolution and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain compliance with external regulations and internal procedures, including GMP and health‑safety standards.
• Manage personnel actions such as hiring, termination and disciplinary measures.
• Drive enhancements in quality, compliance, safety and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate performance, give feedback and implement corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead manufacturing teams in a multi‑shift environment.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, cycle time, throughput and labor efficiency.
• Experience auditing processes and applying corrective actions for regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of health‑safety requirements and current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Willingness to work across all three shifts as required.
