Manufacturing Engineer – New Product Development

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team in Alwar. You will drive new product development, create manufacturing BOMs, implement engineering changes, and resolve assembly issues across both in‑house and supplier components.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects, Kaizen events, and other continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support layout optimisation and lean implementation for new product launches.
• Create and maintain BOMs and routing documents.
• Manage Engineering Change Notifications and ensure successful implementation on the shop floor.
• Deploy operational‑excellence plans within the plant.

Required profile

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Hands‑on experience with engineering tools and process‑improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical ability and influence across functions.
• Excellent computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
