Manager – Transport & Logistics Consulting

About the role

PwC is looking for a dynamic professional to lead its Transport & Logistics Consulting practice in Delhi/NCR. The Manager will advise clients across the infrastructure and logistics value chain, covering ports, shipping, multimodal logistics, 3PL and supply‑chain ecosystems, while driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting assignments in logistics strategy, port and shipping advisory, and multimodal/last‑mile connectivity solutions.
• Drive logistics transformation programmes, including network optimisation, cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
• Provide domain expertise across transport infrastructure such as roads, rail, ports, logistics parks, warehousing and 3PL.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, prepare proposals, pitch decks and client presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, infrastructure developers and logistics players.
• Mentor junior team members, allocate work, review deliverables and ensure high‑quality output.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders, manage expectations and act as a trusted advisor on strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial or Transport) or equivalent.
• Preferred MBA in Finance, Operations, Strategy or Infrastructure Management.
• 5–10 years of experience in consulting or infrastructure/transport/logistics organisations.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end project lifecycles and exposure to project finance, PPP frameworks and financial modelling.
