Manager - Tech Consulting (SAP Data Migration)

About the role

EY is hiring a Manager for its National Tech Consulting practice in Bangalore, focused on SAP data migration. The role sits within the Technology Consulting sub-service line, which transforms businesses through people, technology and innovation, and works with client-centric, sector-agnostic national teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute data migration solutions for SAP landscapes
• Gather business requirements, prepare source-to-target mappings and functional and technical specifications
• Extract, transform and load data, test migrations and support production
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including configuration validation, data quality checks, mock load execution, cutover planning and cutover support
• Manage mapping changes, coordinate with stakeholders and mentor team members

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data migration and ETL development using SAP BODS, Syniti ADM and Informatica PowerCenter
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across client departments while following commercial and legal requirements
• A practical, agile and adaptable approach to solving complex problems

Required skills

• MS SQL Server and working knowledge of Oracle databases
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation work
