Manager, Systems Reliability Engineering

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Manager, Systems Reliability Engineering to lead the India Product Creation and Master Data operations team. Based in the GCC India office, you will own regional people management and service delivery while partnering with global teams on reliability, data integrity and AI adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews and career development for the India engineering team.
• Own regional service delivery, support coverage, capacity planning and coordinate handovers with the LATAM manager.
• Manage service‑level objectives, queue aging, data‑flow health and operational risk mitigation.
• Coordinate major incident response, stakeholder communication, problem management and release readiness.
• Establish consistent ways of working through runbooks, knowledge transfer and blameless post‑incident reviews.
• Drive adoption of approved Agentic AI for triage, investigation and workflow automation, defining approval boundaries and auditability.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in IT production support, application operations, platform engineering or SRE, with people‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience supporting PLM, MDM, enterprise data or integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, queues, batch processing, file feeds and cross‑region operations.
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM, incident, problem and change management.
