Manager - Salesforce QA

About the role

Riveron is seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to define automation strategy, build robust frameworks, and lead a QA team for enterprise‑level Salesforce ecosystems. The role focuses on optimizing automated regression suites using Tricentis Tosca within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable model‑based automation frameworks with Tricentis Tosca for Salesforce.
• Lead, mentor, and allocate tasks to QA engineers across multi‑vendor and cross‑functional Agile teams.
• Map end‑to‑end business workflows and validate configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce environments.
• Oversee test strategy creation, test plans, and high‑coverage automation scripts from business requirements.
• Lead API and integration testing, including data‑driven automation using Tosca or other API tools.
• Integrate automated regression packs into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for continuous testing.
• Monitor test execution, log defects in Jira/Azure Boards, and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years in QA automation, with 3‑4 years focused on enterprise Salesforce validation.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze failures, troubleshoot, and debug complex issues.

Required skills

• Tricentis Tosca (script creation, parameterization, dynamic data handling).
• Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, UI elements, object relationships).
• CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Agile tools: Jira, Azure Boards.
• SQL and SOQL for data verification.
• API testing tools.
