About the role
The Sales Training Manager will design and implement comprehensive training programs for Medical Representatives, ensuring they master product knowledge, therapy areas, and sales techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver training programs for Medical Representatives covering product knowledge, therapy areas, and sales skills.
- Ensure the field force has a strong understanding of product portfolios, clinical data, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Compliance teams to keep training content accurate, relevant, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and report on key metrics such as field performance, knowledge retention, and program participation.
