About the role
We are seeking a senior Manager, Quality Control to lead both human and AI‑powered quality operations for our global ad‑tech services. You will ensure that partners meet strict quality and customer experience metrics while driving continuous improvement across complex AI and human workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Drive AI‑enabled quality operations and hold partners accountable for defined CX metrics.
- Establish proactive mechanisms to prevent poor customer experiences and lead root‑cause analysis to resolve systemic issues.
- Promote continuous learning and knowledge democratization within the team.
- Design and manage efficient quality frameworks, leveraging automation for error detection, correction, and prevention.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years in customer‑facing roles supporting operations, with experience in domestic and international environments.
- 7+ years managing operations and cross‑regional teams.
- Proven track record in end‑to‑end quality lifecycle management, including RCA, DSAT reduction, and process optimization.
