Maintenance Technician (Electrical) – FMCG Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to join our FMCG food manufacturing plant in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting VFFS packaging machines to ensure continuous production and high equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on production machinery, especially VFFS packaging lines.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
• Support machine installation, calibration, change‑overs and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, QMS, 5S and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to improve plant efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or ITI – Electrical/Mechanical.
• 3–5 years (Diploma) or 5–10 years (ITI) of experience in FMCG manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with VFFS machines from Bosch, Syntegon, Rovema or Ishida.
• Strong knowledge of electrical (≈60%) and mechanical (≈40%) maintenance.
