Maintenance Program Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Program Engineer to join our Bengaluru team. The role focuses on delivering and managing scheduled maintenance services for Airbus aircraft, ensuring airworthiness and cost efficiency for airline and MRO customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deliver scheduled maintenance programs (MSG‑3, MRBR, ALS, MPD) for customer aircraft.
• Optimize aircraft maintenance programs across all ATAs, balancing safety, regulatory compliance and economic considerations.
• Coordinate with customers to handle task escalations, deviation management and contract compliance.
• Support retrofit solutions and parking & storage services as part of the broader maintenance offering.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, GSE, and service teams to ensure seamless program implementation.

Required profile

• Experience working in airlines or MRO environments, preferably in maintenance or technical support.
• Good knowledge of EASA Part‑M and Part‑145 regulations.
• Ability to interact directly with customers and manage contractual service delivery.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scheduled maintenance program methodologies such as MSG‑3, MRBR, ALS and MPD.
• Understanding of EASA Part‑M and Part‑145 regulatory frameworks.
