Maintenance Engineer / Executive – Plant Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer/Executive to lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for plant machinery and utilities. The role ensures smooth plant operations, minimizes downtime, and upholds safety and maintenance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Handle breakdown maintenance and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Perform daily maintenance on plant machinery and utilities.
• Maintain availability of plant facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor critical spare parts and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports and performance data.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in manufacturing or automobile industry.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Team player with good coordination skills.
