Maintenance Engineer – Daman

About the role

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of production equipment at our Daman facility. You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime and support continuous manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and restore production quickly.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan.
• Assist with mould and tool changeovers, as well as machine set‑ups.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and record spare parts usage.
• Identify recurring faults and report them to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follow lock‑out/tag‑out (LOTO) procedures and all safety guidelines.
• Keep the maintenance area clean and compliant with 5S standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at increasing machine reliability.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in industrial or production machinery maintenance.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
