Production Assistant – Manufacturing (Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Production Assistant to join our manufacturing floor at Sangeeta Poly Pack Pvt. Ltd. in Daman. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily operations in a plastics and packaging environment, working under supervision and collaborating with the shop‑floor team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with basic production activities and material handling.
• Monitor machines under supervision and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Complete required documentation as directed by senior staff.
• Participate in shift work as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher secondary education; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of factory environments; experience in plastics or packaging is advantageous.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle materials safely.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, accept guidance, and work effectively in a team.
