Machine Operator – Tube Filling (Cosmetics)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to run our tube‑filling equipment in a fast‑paced cosmetics and pharmaceutical environment. The successful candidate will ensure smooth production, maintain high quality standards, and keep detailed records of daily output.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the tube‑filling machine by loading empty tubes and product batches, and set required sealing temperatures.
• Perform quality checks on filled tubes, verifying volume, seal integrity, and printing alignment.
• Troubleshoot minor jams or alignment issues to keep the line running efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize machine components regularly to prevent contamination.
• Complete daily logs documenting production volume, downtime, and any defects.

Required profile

• Graduation qualification.
• Prior experience operating tube‑filling machines.
• Experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
