Machine Operator

About the role
We are looking for motivated Machine Operators and Assistant Operators to join leading manufacturing companies in the Chennai region. The position offers on‑the‑job training, a competitive salary package, and accommodation with meals provided.
Key responsibilities
- Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Assist senior operators with set‑up, change‑over, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Monitor production output and record relevant data on logs.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Required profile
- Any Diploma, ITI or Graduation qualification.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
- Willingness to undergo training and work in a shift environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
