About the role
The Client Advisor will represent Saint Laurent in its New Delhi boutique, delivering a memorable, sophisticated experience to every visitor. This role combines sales excellence with after‑sale service, ensuring clients feel valued and connected to the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client and after‑sale service to all visitors and clients.
- Identify client needs, anticipate future requests, and create personalized looks.
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive proactive business growth.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Use available tools and applications to optimise sales opportunities.
- Support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Adhere to Saint Laurent policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
Required profile
- Professional experience in high‑quality client service within fashion, accessories, or luxury hospitality.
- Passion for fashion culture and ability to create personalized looks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong business orientation.
- Open‑minded, audacious, and authentic, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and the local language.
- Team‑oriented, proactive, enthusiastic, and problem‑solving attitude.
