About the role
The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and employees at the Marriott Marquis in New Delhi. This role involves proactive patrols, emergency response, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
- Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
- Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
- Prepare accurate incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support management in training, coaching, and promoting a fair‑treatment culture.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with guests, employees, and external agencies.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout the shift.
- Commitment to uphold company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality.
