Logistic Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistic Executive to join our travel and tourism team in Thrissur. The role involves coordinating transportation, managing bookings and ensuring smooth movement of guests and resources for our curated travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules and manage bookings for guests, vehicles, and travel‑related materials.
• Monitor inventory and resources, liaise with vendors and internal teams, and resolve logistical issues promptly.
• Handle customer queries related to logistics, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Support sales and operations teams by providing information on availability, routes, and costs.
• Ensure timely movement of guests and materials while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in logistics and supply‑chain management concepts.
• Basic sales and negotiation abilities to support package offerings and vendor coordination.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in travel, tourism, transport coordination, or related logistics roles is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or tourism management is beneficial.

Required skills

• MS Office (for scheduling, documentation, reporting, and basic data entry).
