Reverse Logistics & Inventory Specialist

About the role

The Reverse Logistics & Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of product returns, repairs, and scrap while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role ensures efficient processing of customer and vendor returns, coordinates repair activities, and supports compliance with environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log customer and vendor returns into the inventory management system.
• Triage returned goods, categorize items requiring repair, and coordinate with technical service teams.
• Identify, sort, and log obsolete stock for proper scrap disposal and environmental compliance.
• Perform regular physical counts and reconcile return, repair, and scrap inventory bins.
• Maintain clear logs of return trends, salvage rates, and scrap disposition reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse inventory control, return processing (RMA), or repair stock management.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with inventory control systems such as ERP or WMS.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
