Logistic Assistant (International Import/Export)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistic Assistant to join our international import/export team at GT‑SAT International. The company manufactures digital TV equipment and operates worldwide, offering a stable environment and real career development with continuous internal training.

Key responsibilities

• Execute logistics operations including shipping, trucking and warehousing.
• Prepare shipments on pallets and parcel services and unload containers.
• Facilitate international delivery from warehouse to customer, negotiate rates, handle documentation and file all related paperwork.
• Assist the warehouse team, manage stock and produce logistic reports.
• Process transport orders and perform the associated administrative follow‑up.
• Monitor deliveries to customers and report status to management.

Required profile

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French and German are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and in good physical condition.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
