Loan Operations Analyst – Singapore

About the role

Join Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group as a Loan Operations Analyst in Singapore, supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial and corporate loans. You will work within a complex loan operations environment, ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and compliance across a range of lending products.

Key responsibilities

• Support servicing activities for a portfolio of commercial loans, including lines of credit, reimbursements, syndications and agency loans.
• Prepare and review loan documentation and assist with deal closings, restructurings and amendments.
• Process interest and commitment fees, book borrowings, rollovers, pay‑downs, payoffs and commitment reductions.
• Maintain collateral records, insurance, and perform reconciliations and general‑ledger investigations.
• Handle post‑closing and special‑asset activities to ensure accurate booking and compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a complex financial‑services environment with exposure to commercial and corporate lending.
• Working knowledge of financial products, accounting principles and relevant compliance regulations.
• Ability to interact with customers, investors, lenders and agent banks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with loan‑processing systems such as ACBS, AFS and OVS.
• Understanding of business processes, risk policies, and control measures in loan operations.
• Experience preparing and reviewing loan documentation and performing reconciliations.
