Litigation & Contract Management Manager – Office of General Counsel

About the role

Join PwC’s Office of General Counsel as a Litigation & Contract Management Manager, providing comprehensive legal and company secretarial support to internal stakeholders and clients. You will ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate legal risks, and contribute to strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated legal and company secretarial support for LLP compliance, corporate and commercial law matters.
• Manage regulatory proceedings, advising the firm on operational and compliance issues.
• Support client contracting functions and draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and factual analysis related to the Companies Act, securities laws, competition laws and other relevant statutes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align legal advice with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in litigation, contract management, and corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of LLP compliance, company law, securities and competition regulations.
• Ability to provide counsel on regulatory issues and corporate governance.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and conducting legal research.
