Compliance Senior Associate – Risk & Compliance

About the role

Join PwC's Ethics and Business Conduct practice within Risk and Compliance services as a Compliance Senior Associate. You will work with a dedicated team to design, assess, and improve compliance and ethics programmes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve the compliance testing framework, methodology, and checklists.
• Lead and execute compliance testing projects, supervising teams and providing guidance.
• Evaluate guidelines, policies, and SOPs to refine testing attributes and identify unmitigated risks.
• Review testing documentation, ensure alignment with re‑performance standards, and maintain the central database.
• Track implementation of recommendations, finalize exceptions, and present findings to leadership.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and represent the compliance lead in forums.
• Identify and drive initiatives such as analytics leverage, new area reviews, and tool implementation.
• Support quality reporting, project management, recruitment, and training activities.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level experience in compliance testing and risk assessment.
• Proven ability to lead projects and supervise teams.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate policies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation preparation.
• Capability to coach, counsel, and train team members.
