Senior Associate – Advisory Legal (Risk Management)

About the role

Pwc is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Policy, Strategy and Leadership team within Risk Management. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal policies, while providing strategic oversight and operational support for the firm’s legal advisory practice.

Key responsibilities

• Review government RFPs, identify and highlight associated risks.
• Guide business teams in drafting pre‑bid queries and preparing proposals for government clients.
• Conduct contract review, redlining, and negotiations in line with PwC standards.
• Draft commercial contracts from scratch and advise on legal implications of deviations from standard terms.
• Develop mitigation plans for identified legal risks and support contract management activities.

Required profile

• LLB + LLM from a reputed Indian law college (National Law Institutes preferred).
• 3 to 7 years of post‑qualification experience in government procurement, contractual and corporate law.
• Strong drafting, articulation, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of current Indian laws and government procurement guidelines.
