Life Science CRM Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Life Science CRM Consultant to join its Strategy & Consulting practice. The role will focus on designing, configuring and optimizing commercial CRM solutions for pharma, biotech and med‑tech clients across India.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure Veeva CRM, Vault CRM and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions aligned with client business processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping and business analysis for field sales, MSL, KAM and medical affairs workflows.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria and manage agile delivery (Scrum or SAFe) alongside developers and QA teams.
• Map user personas and create role‑specific CRM experiences for sales, medical and marketing teams.
• Co‑lead proposals and business development activities, contributing CRM expertise to win new opportunities.
• Develop assets, methodologies and thought‑leadership on CRM innovation for the broader Accenture community.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant consulting experience in life‑science commercial processes.
• B.Tech/BE/B.Pharma combined with an MBA.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM, Vault CRM or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Process mapping, gap analysis and user story creation.
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum or SAFe) for at least 2 years.
• Understanding of AI applications in CRM (e.g., Agentic AI, Agentforce).
