About the role

We are seeking a remote Legal Specialist to produce high‑quality, professionally structured legal documents. This contract position offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week and compensation between $20 and $40 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and deliver legal documents such as memos, case briefs, contracts, and policy analyses, incorporating tables, charts, or diagrams as needed.
• Ensure all materials are original, not sourced from the internet or generated synthetically.
• Perform deep legal analysis, issue spotting, and provide technically detailed submissions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privilege awareness in all communications and documents.
• Participate in feedback cycles to refine content for AI model training.

Required profile

• Strong experience in legal document drafting and analysis.
• Proven ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and accurately.
• Familiarity with confidentiality obligations, privilege, and data privacy in legal practice.
