About the role
The Legal Executive – Recovery Branch is responsible for managing the recovery of delinquent accounts within a banking environment. The role focuses on maintaining a high‑quality portfolio while driving collection performance in the assigned area.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of the portfolio by monitoring and reviewing outstanding accounts.
- Focus on improving collections in the assigned area, working individually or as part of a team.
- Adhere strictly to the bank's processes, procedures, and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Passion for collection activities and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to take on challenges and assume responsibility.
- Ability to convince customers to settle debts according to the bank's terms and conditions.
- Graduate degree (any discipline).
