Legal Executive – Corporate and Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Legal Executive – Corporate and Commercial to join our Jaipur office. The successful candidate will support VKGK Group’s real‑estate projects and corporate activities by preparing, reviewing and managing a wide range of legal documents.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal notices related to property transactions and corporate commercial matters.
• Provide legal advice to internal teams on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and dispute risk management.
• Coordinate with external counsel to ensure timely conveyancing, title due‑diligence, registration and documentation for real‑estate projects.
• Maintain accurate legal records, monitor legal risks and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Support senior management in negotiations and strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• LL.B degree; specialization in corporate or real‑estate law is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate, commercial or real‑estate legal work, preferably within the real‑estate or infrastructure sector.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Legal document preparation, drafting and negotiation.
• Knowledge of property law, conveyancing and title registration processes.
• Effective communication and negotiation across multidisciplinary teams.
