Legal & Compliance Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Associate to support our legal and compliance functions, ensuring the company operates within all relevant regulatory frameworks. You will work closely with internal teams to review contracts, manage compliance programs, and help shape company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Support data‑protection and privacy initiatives, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with employment laws and related regulations.
• Assist with intellectual property management and protection.
• Conduct legal research and analyse regulatory requirements.
• Support litigation management and dispute resolution processes.
• Develop, update and communicate company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in legal or compliance roles.
• Law degree or equivalent legal education.
• Solid understanding of contract law and commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of data‑protection and privacy regulations.
• Strong research, analytical and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail when handling complex documents.
