Leasing Executive

About the role

The Leasing Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Dadri, driving property leasing activities and ensuring a high‑quality client experience. You will engage directly with prospective tenants, guide them through property tours and support them in making informed leasing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective tenants, conduct tours and explain property features and benefits.
• Manage inquiries, maintain accurate property listings and prepare/review lease documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and property owners to ensure smooth move‑ins and lease renewals.
• Track leads, follow up consistently and support basic market research on rental trends.
• Contribute to promotional activities or events aimed at increasing occupancy.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship and communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Negotiation and sales abilities such as lead conversion, objection handling and ethical lease closing.
• Organizational and administrative competence for document handling, record‑keeping and basic CRM/property‑management tool usage.
• Basic market awareness and analytical skills to understand local rental trends and competitive offerings.
• Relevant experience in real‑estate leasing, property sales or customer‑facing roles; ability to work on‑site in Dadri and manage field visits.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, marketing or related field is beneficial; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
• Professional integrity, reliability and collaborative mindset.
