Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will partner with property leadership to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that support the organisation's mission and vision. This role ensures employees receive the knowledge and skills needed to provide excellent guest experiences and achieve business results.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and administer employee training programs across the property.
• Identify performance gaps through needs assessments and work with managers to create targeted learning solutions.
• Design, develop and facilitate both custom and corporate training sessions covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance and participant progress; gather feedback to measure training effectiveness.
• Partner with operational leaders to evaluate transfer of learning to the workplace and review guest satisfaction data for continuous improvement.
• Incorporate adult‑learning principles into all programs and manage training budgets.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of HR or training experience, **or** a 4‑year degree with a certified trainer credential (no experience required).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct needs assessments, design curricula and facilitate learning.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate training ROI and impact.
