Learning Administration Analyst – SuccessFactors LMS

About the role

This position supports the administration of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and related talent modules for BASF’s Global Hub in India. You will ensure the LMS is up‑to‑date, functional, and aligned with the needs of users across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Content Owners in the US and Canada, advising on LMS requests and needs.
• Organise and coordinate monthly LMS training sessions and communications.
• Execute learning process requests, including posting offers, tracking registrations, managing pre‑work, and handling cancellations in line with SLA.
• Maintain employee learning plans and central LMS data in SuccessFactors, ensuring data quality.
• Order, prepare, and dispatch training materials as required.
• Update LMS attendance records and initiate chargeback processes to cost centres.
• Identify pain points, propose system and process improvements, and manage vendor relationships for signature solutions.
• Participate in ad‑hoc global and regional projects, providing testing, feedback, and representing US/Canada requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR, service functions or with global organisations.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy.
