Leadership Recruiter – Executive Search Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Leadership Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will drive end‑to‑end hiring for senior and executive positions across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, negotiation and offer closure.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research and passive candidate sourcing for leadership roles.
• Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent advice.
• Manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously while meeting defined timelines.
• Utilise sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri to build pipelines of high‑quality candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a focus on leadership or senior‑level hiring.
• Proven experience in executive search, niche or critical hiring, preferably outside of IT.
• Exposure to hiring across functions such as Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, candidate engagement and negotiation abilities.
