Lead Technology Analyst, SAP Data Migration

About the role

Airbus is looking for a Lead Technology Analyst specialized in SAP Data Migration to bridge strategic design and hands‑on execution within its Digital ERP Center of Excellence. You will manage day‑to‑day migration activities for the Commercial Platform, ensuring data moves smoothly from legacy systems to the new S/4HANA environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead defined work packages and coordinate migration activities across a distributed, multi‑functional team.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts, fostering knowledge transfer and best‑practice adoption.
• Own complex data extraction, transformation, and data‑quality analysis using SAP BODS and SNP Kyano Crystalbridge.
• Implement migration methodologies (SAP DMC, BAPI, IDoc) and monitor data quality with SAP Information Steward.
• Ensure global consistency, high performance, and alignment with business requirements while working in an Agile Scrum framework.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in IT, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑11 years of progressive experience in data migration and S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and logical reasoning abilities.
• Proven experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
