Lead Technical Program Manager

About the role

We’re seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Technical Program Manager to drive large, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through launch. The role leads end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑team programs such as platform migrations, architectural modernization, reliability improvements and major product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑team initiatives, defining milestones, critical paths and measurable success criteria.
• Identify and manage cross‑team technical dependencies, surface risks and create mitigation plans.
• Run structured risk reviews, escalation processes and maintain decision logs.
• Collaborate with engineering managers and technical leaders to align realistic timelines and ensure design reviews, capacity planning and rollout strategies occur early.
• Standardize launch readiness, milestone reviews and post‑mortem follow‑ups while driving continuous improvement of delivery bottlenecks.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering program management in high‑growth tech companies.
• 6+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑team, multi‑quarter technical initiatives and influence senior engineering leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent written and verbal English communication.
