Lead Software Engineer – AI‑Driven Legal Platform

About the role

Eudia is building a high‑performance, agentic AI‑driven legal workflow system and needs a senior engineer to help scale the platform. The role is based in our Bangalore office and works closely with the Palo Alto team to deliver secure, enterprise‑grade software that leverages the latest generative AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for design, development, and deployment of complex, scalable software systems.
• Define and implement robust software architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics or related field (Master's preferred).
• Extensive hands‑on experience leading complex software projects and engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing, and backend architecture.
• Proven problem‑solving ability for scalability, performance, and system‑design challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to influence technical direction.
