Lead Product Marketing Manager – SaaS HR Platform

About the role

Keka, a fast‑growing SaaS HRMS platform, is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager to own and shape the product narrative across its portfolio. This senior individual‑contributor role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, influencing analyst briefings, board narratives, and high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product, customer, and competitive insights to inform positioning.
• Define and maintain a messaging architecture for the entire Keka product suite.
• Create category‑level point‑of‑view papers and research reports.
• Partner with sales and go‑to‑market teams to design effective sales motions and launch programs.
• Translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
• Capture and amplify the voice of the customer through structured programs.
• Lead analyst relations to strengthen market credibility.
• Drive pricing, packaging, and other high‑impact projects.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably in enterprise or mid‑market contexts.
• Proven track record of owning positioning, launch governance, or analyst engagement at scale.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret win/loss data and solve pricing/packaging challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive narratives.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders across product, sales, and CX without formal authority.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HRMS/HCM domain (plus).
