Lead Product Manager – Technical (Payments)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager – Technical to drive product initiatives at a client site in Vadodara. The role blends business analysis, product ownership, and deep payments domain expertise to deliver end‑to‑end payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product backlog and prioritisation.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with business, engineering, architecture, and senior client stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and manage cross‑functional delivery in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or Business Analysis.
• Extensive payments domain knowledge, including end‑to‑end payment journey understanding.
• Proven ability to work with APIs, integrations, SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
