Lead Network DevOps Engineer

About the role

Join the Network Product Services team to design, build, and support platforms that power network automation products. You will work across engineering, architecture, SRE, operations, and security to create reliable, scalable, and AI‑enhanced systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm, CloudFormation, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage and optimise cloud environments on Azure, AWS, or GCP, and support containerised workloads on Kubernetes and Docker.
• Enhance observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog and contribute to runbooks, SOPs, and on‑call rotation for 24x7 production support.
• Collaborate with software engineers, SREs, and operations teams in Agile ceremonies to integrate features, improve reliability, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience in DevOps, SRE or similar roles with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation and work effectively in a distributed team.

Required skills

• CI/CD platforms: GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, Helm, CloudFormation.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Scripting: Python, Bash.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing.
• Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven automation, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude), and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP).
