Lead Group Product Manager – Mobile Care Companion

About the role

Noora Health is seeking a Lead/Group Product Manager to own the Mobile Care Companion (MCC) platform, its caregiver experience, health‑worker tools, clinical workflows and AI layer. You will shape MCC’s three‑year vision, drive growth and outcomes, and lead a cross‑functional team across product, clinical, data and program functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth and operating model for MCC, covering user acquisition, activation and retention at scale.
• Strategize pricing, positioning and deployment of MCC across government health systems and private partners.
• Reimagine the product experience with an AI‑first mindset, deciding where AI leads, assists or defers to experts and iterating based on evaluation.
• Set and manage the product roadmap, translating local language, literacy and health‑system constraints into product decisions for India, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Nepal.
• Deliver results individually while managing and mentoring a team of product managers, designers and clinicians across geographies.
• Represent the product function in partnership and advocacy activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams in digital health or related technology domains.
• Strong track record of delivering user‑centric products that achieve measurable health outcomes.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams spanning product, clinical, data and program functions.
• Experience operating at scale in multiple countries and navigating government and private health ecosystems.
