Lead Associate - Quality

About the role

Myntra is seeking a Lead Associate – Quality to drive end‑to‑end quality management across its partner factories. You will act as the primary quality champion, ensuring that every garment meets international brand standards before it reaches customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full quality lifecycle, from sample approvals and raw‑material tracking to material testing and cutting authorisations.
• Implement global buyer manuals and enforce international Quality SOPs at every production milestone.
• Facilitate pre‑production meetings and conduct in‑line and in‑process quality audits across cutting, sewing, finishing and packing.
• Lead final random inspections to certify product quality prior to international shipment.
• Manage, train and empower factory‑nominated QA teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Optimise key quality metrics such as Defects per Hundred Units (DHU%), First‑Time‑Right rate, inward rejections and customer returns.
• Produce weekly and monthly dashboards, delivering actionable insights to global stakeholders.

Required profile

• B‑Tech or NIFT qualification with at least 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing and quality assurance.
• Strong communication, project management and analytical abilities.
