Lead Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Architect to spearhead the design of small to medium residential projects. The successful candidate will translate client visions into detailed plans, oversee the design process from concept to completion, and ensure on‑site visits when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and design residential projects of small to medium scale.
• Visit construction sites, including weekends, to monitor progress and address client needs.
• Interpret customer requirements and create initial concept plans.
• Define project requirements, schedule design activities, and manage timelines.
• Oversee the entire design lifecycle from concept through final delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in residential architecture.
• Strong portfolio showcasing layout, color, lighting, and material selection.
• Creative talent with a keen eye for design, colors, shapes, and architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for delivering clients’ dream homes and attention to detail.
