Lead Analyst – Operations Finance

About the role

Momentive Business Services (MBS) is seeking a Lead Analyst for Operations Finance to join its Global Finance Shared Services team in Bangalore. The role partners with Business Finance, Operations Finance, and SCM Finance leaders to deliver analytics and decision support across manufacturing plants.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Business Finance priorities into operational analytics, linking financial outcomes with manufacturing and supply chain drivers.
• Provide visibility on conversion cost opportunities, cost benchmarking, and standardization across sites.
• Generate insights on manufacturing cost, conversion cost, variances, inventory, OOS trends, and operational performance.
• Deliver actual costing and cost‑flow analytics, bridging hybrid and standard costing with P&L views.
• Support budget vs. actual vs. forecast analysis and material pricing discussions.
• Contribute to ERP transformation, reporting, and dashboard enhancements.
• Handle ad‑hoc analytical requests and ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.

Required profile

• CMA or MBA degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 10 years total finance experience, including 5‑7 years in plant finance controlling.
• Experience in a global environment and strong stakeholder management.
• Proactive, pragmatic attitude with strong interpersonal and English communication skills.
