Lawyer – Corporate & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Lawyer to join our legal team in Jaipur. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our business operations, ensuring compliance, and providing legal support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research related to corporate, contract, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
• Oversee compliance activities, company policies, terms & conditions, and internal legal frameworks.
• Handle legal queries from customers, partners, vendors, and internal departments.
• Support management in corporate law matters, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on relevant industry laws, guidelines, and legal best practices.
• Maintain accurate legal records and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) with a strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Proficiency in legal research covering corporate, IP, and regulatory topics.
• Ability to manage compliance activities and internal legal frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to address legal queries from various stakeholders.
• Commitment to staying current with industry laws and best practices.
