Legal Executive – Property Law

About the role

The Legal Executive – Property Law will be based on‑site in Jaipur, working full‑time within Juris De Jure’s property law team. The role focuses on the end‑to‑end handling of real‑estate title matters, from document scrutiny to registration and legal opinion delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Scrutinise title documents and vet original papers for accuracy.
• Conduct legal searches in relevant government departments and obtain NOCs.
• Assist with RERA registration of real‑estate projects.
• Prepare, review and register title deeds with sub‑registrar offices.
• Draft and manage conveyancing documentation for builders and developers.
• Provide clear legal opinions on property titles and compliance issues.
• Maintain organized case files and accurate records.
• Support senior legal professionals and ensure adherence to property and banking regulations.

Required profile

• LL.B degree from an accredited institution; Bar Council enrollment preferred.
• Strong foundation in property law and related statutes.
• Prior experience in property, real‑estate or banking law, preferably in a law firm or in‑house setting.
• Excellent analytical, research and documentation skills.
• Effective communication with clients, builders, developers and government offices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
