Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving topline growth, market share and profitable relationships with assigned key account partners. The role focuses on achieving sales quotas, expanding space, and delivering seasonal sell‑in and sell‑out targets while representing the brand internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales quota by acquiring new business and maintaining existing accounts.
• Develop and execute quarterly channel business plans and monthly revenue targets for each key account.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with key account partners and internal stakeholders (VM, Finance, Marketing, Sales Ops, SCM).
• Drive aggressive space acquisition and door‑by‑door strategies across prime and large retail locations.
• Manage seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans, ensuring timely order processing and launch execution.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and account performance, providing regular updates and actionable insights.
• Enforce trade terms policy and report progress against KPIs to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or senior sales roles.
• Strong ability to develop and implement account‑level strategies that drive revenue.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with both external partners and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset to track performance, forecast demand and adjust plans.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for persuasive sales pitches.
