Key Account Manager – Industrial Sector

About the role

MachineAstro is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth across its industrial customers. You will combine consultative selling with deep technical knowledge of vibration and condition monitoring to turn customer challenges into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned strategic accounts, develop comprehensive account plans and build multi‑level relationships with maintenance, reliability, engineering, operations, IT, procurement and senior management.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and expand MachineAstro’s footprint through cross‑sell, upsell and multi‑site deployments.
• Convert successful pilots and proofs‑of‑concept into repeatable, revenue‑generating programs.
• Proactively hunt for new use‑cases by analysing reliability gaps, unplanned downtime and predictive‑maintenance needs.
• Deliver value‑creation proposals that align with customer asset criticality and business priorities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of key account management experience in the industrial sector.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder accounts.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with the ability to translate technical insights into commercial value.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across plant and corporate levels.
