Key Account Manager – eCommerce Fashion/Apparel

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead relationships with major fashion and apparel eCommerce partners. You will drive sales growth, develop account strategies and act as the primary liaison for key clients in the online retail space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the fashion and apparel sector.
• Drive sales growth and achieve targets through effective account strategies.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in fashion eCommerce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the fashion/apparel industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Advanced Excel functions
• Experience with eCommerce platforms: Myntra, Ajio, FirstCry, Nykaa, Flipkart
